Evans Entertainment DJs and MCs offer a very unique, fully personalized and customized wedding experience. I guarantee your wedding will be more fun than any wedding you have, or will ever attend. Everything from the way we do the introductions to special dances is personalized to tell your “story”. We believe in keeping your guests a part of the wedding experience rather than just attending a party.

• 5 Hours of continuous music (includes cocktail hour)
Benefits (What makes us different):
• We DJ through cocktail hour where possible. We don’t just put on a playlist and let it run. Most venues we setup and broadcast wirelessly into cocktail hour. The music might not be “dancy” but the energy is up. Cocktail Hour is more than just "BACKGROUND MUSIC". It's your first chance to set the tone for the rest of the evening!
• We also DJ through dinner! We build the energy throughout dinner so that dancing is not a sudden start but more of a natural transition.
• Meeting with your DJ/MC to completely personalize your wedding. We will not just direct you to our online planning forms. We will sit and discuss how to make your wedding yours and unlike anyone else’s. (without being cheesy). Meetings will be via Zoom or FaceTime if distance or timing is an issue.
• Timeline coordination of the wedding with venue staff and photographer prior to, and day of your wedding. This eliminates any questions on your wedding day. Your wedding should run flawlessly if this is done appropriately prior to your wedding day.
• Walk through of venue with your DJ/MC (If necessary)
Included with ceremony:
• Music playing 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony
• Lavalier Microphones (clip on) on the officiant and one to pick up your voice. That way there is no ugly mic on a stand between you and your fiancé.
• Handheld mic for anyone doing readings (if applicable)
